The company has provided this information in their Nov AGM Meeting Release. As it is a return of capital it is not a dividend but rather affects the cost base of your shares. If your cost base for the shares exceeds the capital amount returned it reduces your cost base. If your cost base is less than the amount returned you have a capital gain (partial).
