    I did not fully understand this statement super chicken. Does this statement mean that there is a monetary loan to the value of 12 813 523 which Merlin has taken from Axis that cannot be seen on Merlin's books. So In layman's terms a 12.9 million dollar hole in the accounts? Thanks.
