Yes that is about the only reason I can see for paying this premium. I guess it would depend if ASX considers the move from attempting to sell drones to blockchain a change in business or not. You are more likely to be able to sneak this under the radar than a failed mining company, but with the likes of GSW and BIG I am wondering if the ASX is getting a little more cautious with these backdoor listings.
I do like the IOT ticker, but I am not sure if I would want to pay $6 million for it.
