looks like I unfortunately nailed it a couple of days ago
DES cant fund this - looking at the balance sheet, its obvious, unless Prime steps in - or, they make a share for share offer (why would BYI shareholders accept that?)
If they do make a script offer, expect DES shares to plunge, as BYI has had no liquidity in trade for a loooooooong time, and holders will exit.
This one is bad news, and DES used debt to fund the 10.03% - looks like an ill conceived plan to me.
