Dream on. You've only to read the newspaper "gurus" etc. that always (used to) mention franking dividends and the attraction thereto for low income people. They invariably drew attention to TLS as the example.
If you think it "won't make much difference" you're kidding yourself. The yield is one thing, the name is another. People have always associated TLS with franking dividends and the cash refund.
