they probably wouldnt sell for less than the 2c they paid.
but how many will take it up?
it a question of what buyers are prepared to pay, based on bullish of the stock, not what price the company can set to try and sell them to holders.
But, it only takes a sniffle of a few on a bad day out for the DJ losing 1000pts for nervousness to recoup some capital at a loss. And what price are buyers in the que at? not the promo 2c price, but the realistic range in varying market sentiments. bearish, under 1c. etc v 5c heads
