    Thanks Scooter,

You raise some intersting points and seem well informed. I'm not up on Magna, but you have prompted me to read their last annual report. It looked liked they had started getting their act together after appearing to have lost the plot in 2005, posting 10.5% increase in revenues and 18.5% EBITA in 07 over 06. I have to believe that DES know what they are doing and had a plan when they took over MAGNA. Perhaps big name titles may not necessarily be a prerequisite for sucess. Perhaps DES believes marketing MAGNA products to online communities will unlock hidden value. Cult movies need not be expensive, IE "Attack of the Killer Tomato's" or "Stone"; dare I say "FJ Holden"? Kid’s movies, sports, doco's may all get a second bite of the cherry by directly marketing genre specific movies to genre specific web communities , whilst gathering a pool of titles for internet TV in the future.

With the latest releases I'd imagine they will win some and lose some, but I'd expect due dilligence.

DES will report in Feb and I'll be analysing it with a fine tooth comb.

Selling the waterfront site and leasing the facility unlocks 18 million that could be put to better use. We hope.

Again thanks for keeping me thinking. Could you please elaborate on what is meant by "all rights"?

    Thanks.

    Oscar

( I noticed The worlds Fastest Indian under the Christmas tree, so I'm doing my bit :-))
