Would a company secretary normally be responsible for most of the compliance and ASX reporting requirements? Maybe using a solicitor is needed to tell the Directors what is needed.

This isn’t going to be a quick fix but needs to happen

The Financial accounts also need to be completed and filed.

It would also good to see a report on how the business is performing...
