No, I just think this is an issue of expectations. Everyone is busting their chops to see something announced. Fact is, things always take longer than anyone thinks. I imagine they are taking their time to get it right.
When expectations are challenged then there is tension in the price action. Price can move down, but things are still often going really well behind the scenes. I simply think people need to be more patient. If they are unhappy with the time issue maybe its not the stock for them. Even if it took to the middle of the year, came up with some amazing deal and price went to 20c, would people be happy with the share price performance. Of course.
Expectations of some investors are unrealistic. That is what is weighing on the price. Do not confuse that with lack of performance or application within the company!
