all very good and proper examination of the thrust of labours intent - probably the worst of it for me is the way they have somehow couched it in terms of SMSF's and that if your in them then u must be "rich" or some such thing - where as in reality it is the lower end that will lose their excess FC,s - the rich will always use up their FC ( outside of super) and inside super use probably use a good swag if not all until such time as they are over 65 and pay no tax in their super fund - but then ALL over 65 in superfunds regardless of wealth are worse off - but of course the % effect will be largest at the smaller end of income than at the bigger end - if i am correct
