I don't get it.

2 days of trading halt, and still no firm offer for BYI.

I would have thought that tomorrow would have been a deadline, to try to stop BYI investors getting nervous and handling MYI the extra 27% (approx) they need to get a 50% stake in BYI.

Surely there will need to be something more definitate released today or tomorrow?!

Well, I did say I liked to watch the drama, is suppose. Destra have a way of being unpredictable.

p.s. presumably the sale of MPH's real estate will be used to part-fund a BYI takeover (possibly with a bank's assistance prior to sale)
