Not sure why BBX continue to report total values inclusive of slag ( well I do, but I will be accused of defamation by the crowd). It's very misleading. Sure the slag can, and most likely will be processed (if BBX ever get that far), but will require a lot more $$.

Most here seem to be dancing around the fact that this announcement was a gentle and distracting way to to release the thus far disappointing and lack-luster drilling results. The ole' 'we'll go sample some outcropping elsewhere and report that as the main headline' trick. Although, they do claim sampling has only been done on weathered material to saprock. I would like to know why the 3 positive samples were not in compliance with QA/QC requirements? a bit of information lacking there.

There's also confirmation that they still have not found the holy grail of extraction method for the types of mineralisation they have, yet. From the information provided, it somewhat appears they are no closer to solving the metallurgical mystery and differing/inconsistent results between RC samples, DD samples and outcropping samples imo.

1-2tpm pilot testing to commence soon. Not going to rack in the $$ with that, nor fund future development. Trial mining license expected to be granted in the next few weeks, but not sure how helpful that will be when they are only just commissioning a 1-2tpm facility now and still require a lot of testing and fine tuning to solve the riddle... the time frames provided (as I scrutinised) in the investor preso, look they are are well and truly going to blow out imo.

This announcement alludes that it might be a much longer ride than anticipated by many here on HC. Time will tell the rest of the story.

Wrong, wrong, wrong. I hardly expect you to understand being an engineer. Geologists have to digitise, interpret, model and estimate everything mother nature throws at them and present it to you as a digital block model and you still manage to screw it up by using the wrong mining method, ordering the wrong mining gear, building stopes in waste, etc, etc, etc...

The weathered rock is strongly leached (the Amazon is a tropical rainforest) but it's still going up to 2.9g/t which is great. That leached gold precipitates in the enriched zone at the fresh rock interface that the garimpeiros were mining but we haven't assayed that zone yet or the fresh rock.

The plant will be commissioned at 1-2tpm "to be followed by scaling up of bulk pilot plant testing" to 1-2tpd.
