China is targeting a 7 fold increase in EV's by 2025.
China wants to be the Detroit of EVs
China aims to produce over two thirds of the worlds EV batteries by 2021.
Example - take a look at CATL developments.... currently raising USD 2B to finance its ramp-up of battery-cell production 400%
Where is the only place these volumes of Cobalt can come from in the next 2-3 years ?....oh yes the DRC.
