But..................they were extremely quick in telling us that the Judge in Brizzy ruled in their favour did they not.?

So, why not doing a balancing act and do the same thing when another Court ruled against them and ordered to pay all costs, (not once but twice at least).?? And this Appellate Court, unlike the previous one here in Oz, was not just run by a single Judge but with at least 3 Justices too.

I believe that shareholders should be kept informed at all time of what is going on, be it good or bad news, not just been selective. That is what Full Disclosure is all about.
