Could the buying indicate an upcoming ann in regards to an acquisition as opposed to the impending capital raise?

In the North Arunta presentation posted on 7/3/2018 i found the following

"The proposed timing of future exploration work is as set out in page 17 of this presentation. All future work will be undertaken and reported under JORC (2012), initially funded by a proposed capital raise over the coming 4-6 weeks."

So from what i understand is that they planned to undertake the capital raise around april. We still have about 3 weeks until April so maybe there is something else in the cards.
