I would like to see this whole T/O bid put under the microscope but I doubt that will happen. Would love to hear the role Rothschild played in this affair especially considering their fee is reported to be $5 million (or what would have been our profit for this FY).
There should be enough in the kitty to pay off the $50 million in notes unless they have another scheme hatching.
