Have a read of the recent posts, you'll see plenty of discussion about it (although not necessarily under the correct title). Also have a look at the recent ASX announcements for destra (and possibly BYI), starting from when destra bought around 10% of BYI.
It is anticipated that destra are about to announce an offer for BYI, or possibly walk away from it (although we think that is unlikely). They are under pressure to do something meaningful, as the Mariner offer expires after Thursday.
Therefore, we should know one way or another either today or tomorrow (the halt is until tomorrow at the latest).
