Our Australian disclosure rules are very simple. If it's price sensitive info, that is likely to move the share price by 10% or more in either direction then it must be revealed promptly. Otherwise it can be released in the Quarterly Activities report if the info is considered relevant to shareholders.
Everything you are carrying on about is not price sensitive info and most of it wouldn't even interest shareholders - you're creating your own storm in a teacup.
