Ann: Update on Faboliden Test Mining Permit and Listing on HKEx, page-9

My comment was deleted, with comment "Keep it real", because administration apparently did not believe, that a listed company would comment  an environmentalists making appeal as "anti-minin activist".
This naturally very unusual behavior. So the facts are below:

"The CAB has informed the Company that one appeal has been received from Naturskyddsföreningen, a local nature conservation NGO in Lycksele, based on a draft appeal posted on Facebook in Finland by Jari Natunen, an anti-mining activist. As a result, the Permit will not gain legal force until the appeal has been heard by the Swedish Land and Environment Court (MMD)."

One could wonder, if the mining activism in the company has turned to activity, which
is against the environment and local communities. The record with environmental permits
in Orivesi (permit denied by permit authority, appealed) and Sastamala (permit returned to
permit authority by Vaasa court), does not look as good as suggested above.
