I believe we might have some news regarding the permit. I also do believe it will be a positive decision for BBX. I honestly don't really expect the pilot plant to be working soon. I've find their schedule rather optimistic (as usual in junior companies and not only in these). Maybe in Q3 (CY), if everything goes smoothly.
If BBX had received results from commercial labs so soon, it would surprise me. However, if we are talking about internal results from assays, we might be heading into another suspension, since ASX will have a lot of questions to make. If they clear the ann, it will show a sign of trust. If not, I think we all saw that movie last year.
