Clearly MFI are not happy, and are trying hard to derail things. Hard to see the deal not happening with Prime supportive of DES's move, However I didn't want to see Prime increase their stake as it is already big enough. Hence my preference for some sort of share placement or rights issue to people like us. Throw in the proceeds from some real estate, add some finance and the deal would look very appealing (to me a least).
