There is no miracle cure here, DDT is doomed. The only chance is to back it into a like company, and this like company is out there going from strength to strength. It is run by the former founder and CEO of DDT, Ian Allen who I know personally and to see what they are doing with the microdots and their other technologies, Black Knight GPS Global tracking being used across the globe, and their latest anti counterfeiting technology now being trialed and used across the globe by some of the largest companies on the planet.
The answer is staring the current board in the face but they are too consumed in doing nothing to see what is really going on and they have no clue with regards the business and it is there for all to see. DDT has no products, dwindling revenue year after year, no management, no one on the board who knows or cares about the business, no sales force any where to be seen and you are asking for a miracle. Well even a miracle can't save DDT. They should have Allen and his colleagues at the table and they should have knee pads on seeking his group as a savior.
I agree, all the current board members should resign along with management of which there is non. Egos will prevent this from happening, as the board members will have the stigma of failure firmly etched against their names forever, for driving a once flourishing company into the ashes.
The deal with the Beston subsidiary is a dud just doomed to failure, gilt edge guarantee. You only need to look at the parent Beston and see what the real story is, it is going out the door backwards too.
I don't have anything to do with the Special General Meeting but I must say, I agree with these people who have called the meeting.
