Yep, Gubong is reasonably flat at between 150-200M elevation from what I can tell.
Weoluyu seems quite a bit different.
Believe it or not that picture is in the southern burbs of Seoul and that "Mountain" is probably only 400-500M elevation. It shows the contrast of hills and nature butted up right against high density housing.
