If you are relative value trading and making a fortune, why do you need to hold any stock at all until the end of the year? Relative value trading or very short term trading means not holding any stock for more than a few days, at the most. As you said yourself “Relative value trading is still the best way to manage this stock”. Then why are you bothered what the medium to long term outlook for EdenCrete is? As long as the stock moves up and down every day you should do just fine. If, on the other hand, your relative value trading is a way to accumulate stock then this another matter, and it’s success can only be measured when you sell your entire holding and worked out if you have made a profit or a loss.
Cheers!
