Jeepers - two enemies get into bed. All is forgiven over NST's TAM gazumping when WGX thought it had a deal stitched up, I presume?
It kinda sorts out WGX's shorter term capital needs, even if they do not get the 60m $2.00 options converted.
They sold their lowest cost operation, which means that unless they get their other operations in order their AISC in the future will be even higher. A sign of desperation on the part of WGX? I dunno.
Interested in other views.
