I am sure you have thought long and hard on this but at least hang out till just before the deadline. (17 April) That way you/we may be more informed as to the likelihood of Hanking reaching 50%.

If this offer does proceed I can't see them getting 90%. If I am right the only downside to holding will be dilution with Hanking tipping in more funds. I don't believe any bid to purchase, made by anybody for anything is made for no reason. Remember the Chinese love to play the long game and they do it sooo well.
