I received my mail offer & a call today. Are we the priveleged few??

Will take up the full allocation of $5,000 ( as I just love living on the ragged edge :) ).

Q . Are these calls to all holders, or only to those with a defined level of holding? I would hate to see good money being wasted in promoting the SPP in this manner when the offer should be so attractive it should sell itself.

Don't know what to think - Does this reek of desperation?
