I shouldve made my point a bit clearer in regard to house building.

The Costs even for me as a Builder to build a house is close to 1000 bucks a square meter.

The red tape and non tangible costs in building is not a joke anymore, not laughing, almost crying really. its a Fn Crime. Ive tried writing to Government many times and Ive proposed solutions to dozens of problems but the Government just rings me up and laughs at me down the phone.

Ive had letter replies from treasury thanking me for my ideas, Ive noticed many of the items I explained become policy months later. Weather that was to do with my letters or coincidence Im not sure.

We are 100 years behind in Building Methods and design vs car manufacture and design.

Solving house shortage by putting a sheitbox house in the back yard of another sheitbox house is just making a problem even bigger.

The solution is knock down and rebuild multi-level resort style developments with 50 penthouse style homes in a block with car access and garages on every level, With yards, grass, garage and gardens even on level 4.

Dont build 1970s uncle Arthur style, Build 50 years ahead styles. year 2070 style Homes.

Quality, Volume, style and longevity all soved including costs down, quality up, lasts 100 years plus.

Puts more House size penthouses with garage built in , into the suburbs where people want to live.

For me to do this, I need to be able to use my Builders licence to build without restrictions. Or red tape.
