I read as net to WBE's. Given previous dot point is Wbe focused.
But I found the whole announcement ambiguous... As per usual. They need to take a course in succinct and explicit writing
Also why are you using net back of $8 when this land is already producing, and the oil price is > $60? . Ie drilling is already paid for.
