Smells like fingers burnt once again ? wow.... amazes me everytime....
Cycle is everything...... real estate bubble will take care of HVN.... and so the new gen shopping innovation and evolution....
Gerry is so out of touch... his business model is from the 50's..... the real estate that HVN has will hit hard on pockets.... I hope investors can see the other side before get burnt again and again.
