Look, I feel for holders. Really wanted to say more back then too, but was just being devils advocate which was a bit safer, plus I don’t really know the people involved...but too slick came to mind!!
I been in too many like this myself ( still am )....how do we sort the wheat from the chaff??
A little thing that put me off early on was the butler thing or whatever it was...that rang an alarm as to capability, but the other things are harder to judge!!

Sometimes we are restricted from saying things for legal reasons too, but many a cautionary comment on hotcopper has saved me big bucks !!
