For starters I think AVZ is overpriced by the hundreds of millions in market cap and based on US5 10 20 million per lease cost going forward on top of the cost getting to that point ,the market cap has risen to high this early before drilling has started let alone drilling results.
My sentiment is sell because of the large rise in one day ,maybe in 12 to 24 months time the current share price would be justified.
I also see a lot of the same posters posting on stocks I consider to be rubbish or over hyped.
