Agreed tamz, on both points. In terms of the divi, I think they really need to over sell the idea that it was coming from the proceeds of the NSW assets. Even though CAJ is doing the bidding, we really need to sell ourselves to IDX holders. I don't think much of our sales pitch at the moment.
Divi will be handy though
