I could use another company i am invested in as an example where the CEO didnt even take a pay check for the first few years and only now is paying himself 250k/yr. The share price has gone from 2c to 32.5c. Different industry, but getting paid huge amounts when not even making $$ seems off to me?? Prove yourself then get the big bucks. Would live to know how many shares MO has ever bought on market. He cares more sbout his pay check than shareholders...
