Everyone seems to be working on the assumption that a start up will cost the full $10m.....until the study is out we just don't know. Remember South Korea has a large manufacturing industry and it will be in the government interest to have as much of the manufacturing performed there. It will also be in the government interest to get this mine up and running profitably. Both Sau and Bmv have made note of government funding in their media releases......... food for thought
