Anyone else here annoyed that Tony Sage, Jason Brewer and John Boardman just skimmed the equivalent to $460,000 off CFE to give Tony another directors pay check? This was done with no value added to CFE shareholders.

Two companies - sharing the same office with the same staff - moved a CFE asset from one company to another and took nearly $1/2 million (10M @ $0.046) in shares for the privilege.

1620 Capital was issued the 10M facilitator shares - MD Jason Brewer and Perth Glory COO John Boardman both benefitting from this paperwork deal. Jason was director of CFE could have filled the paperwork in as his capacity as director.

Or can anyone give me a plausible reason why this doesn't stink to high heaven.
