Certainly at BMVs current market cap they're in the hands of the bucket shops to raise money so that would cap them at something like USD1.5m raise. No way they can get their hands on USD5m
Despite the wealth of some board members I think it would be wise to consider the ramifications of BMV failing to come up with its share of ongoing costs. Hoping to have a meeting with SAU in April
