I'd say good mine engineering and pumps. I do know construction work is halted during the wet season, so the mine processing plant could take a little longer to build, as really only building for 8 months of the year, more or less.
Walford Creek is just north of Mt Isa, an area rich in mining history. Rain doesn't seem to have stopped it.
But interested in some more qulaified views too.
