“...Today's share price of 33c is as low as it will go...”
You speak as if you know this for a fact, but it’s just a guess (or perhaps wishful thinking) on your part. Azure could definitely drop a lot lower than the current SP

The previous capital raising at 3.8c was for a company whose assets were principally Mesa de Plata and Loma Bonita. Eventually there were 1.6 billion shares on issue. and at that time the company was a totally different prospect to what it is today. For a start, Azure owns 100% of both Oposura and Sara Alicia whereas with Alacran we were in a joint venture, and secondly today the shares on offer, prior to the recent placement were 83 million. The company is now completely different to what it was in 2016.
Whoever has invested $8million in Azure, they are not going to sit round waiting patiently for something to happen, they will be demanding a return on their investment asap, and they will be making sure it happens. They will want to at least double or triple their investment. Today's share price of 33c is as low as it will go. This or these investors are looking to make a lot of money, and we will be carried along on the journey.
There are two ways of looking at it, either watch for the rapid increase in the share price over the next 6 - 12 months, or seek to benefit from the development of the two projects (Oposura and Sara
Alicia).
