Agree it is a slight concern, but if the payment is delayed enough, vka could void the deal.
the chinese will then lose the money they have already put in, and vka would be free to sell the project to someone else.
it would be worth more now anyway. agree it would be an inconvenience to find a new party interested and quite a delay most likely but seeing as all previous payments have been made, (all late), non payment will only happen if purchaser goes broke... imo
