yes there was some accounting that inflated the result, but that wasn't trickery it was well known factors related to selling the retirement assets, the tax benefits of tax reform, etc.
i have been a little cagey on LLC because of the housing exposure, but i think corporate investment/ development is strong and the outlook for property in ANZ is that prices will moderate, not that there is a large glut of supply that will cause a collapse.
LLC is well diversified globally into infrastructure, with infrastructure booms just starting in Aus, China, UK and USA.
Seems like a good time to be a holder, especially considering solid dividend and buyback supporting the SP near term, in addition to it being on an upgrade cycle for analysts.
