The last results announcement had the following line in regards to cobalt assay.

3 days left in February, can we actually know this week that CFE is actually in possession of any cobalt? Or are they referring to a February sometime in the future?

No sure how TS will be able to wriggle out of providing results or a true explanation if no announcement is made.
