You seem to keep asking questions about the transaction and previously about the ownership of the company ip and by extension about the reputation of the company management.
You have clearly not been satisfied by any opinion or explanation that anyone has offered to date.
This to me means that you yourself must have a theory and that no one else has figured out what it is.
So why don’t you tell us your exact theory on what has transpired.
