Brian has been with Republic from when it was founded. He advises small to mid market capitalisation companies on corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions and investor relations. A Non-Executive Director with several ASX listed companies he has been Managing Director, Non-Executive Chairman and Director with numerous other ASX listed companies over the past 10 years. This followed a 15 year career in financial services having held Director level roles with an Australian bank, an international investment banking and funds management group and corporate stockbroker.
Brian graduated from the University of Adelaide with a BSc in Mineral Economics, the University of Western Australia Business School with an MBA and the Securities Institute of Australia (now FinSIA) with a Certificate in Applied Finance and Investment.
