But to be fair, I'm probably partially conflating you with the other bush patent lawyer on the KZA board, who I think was the chief mocker of the mouse trials. So I'll edit my post accordingly as I have a life to live, and don't have endless hours to trawl back through KZA posts.

But my primary point remains - why don't you trust the settlement obtained by Dr Garner, whom you describe as 'brilliant'? Is it because for you it's nothing to do with objectivity but rather because, to use your own words, you, 'have a vendetta against posters'.
