That's one way to look at it dd. The other way is that they (new chairman wan't it?) have confidence that the share price will be further north than mid 8's. The directors wouldn't be able to take place in the cap raising either. It actually shows that the directors do not manipulate the stock or else he could have waited and bought his fill at 7c not in the 8's.
Lets see what the next few weeks bring.
