My view is that I don't want to deal or be influenced by criminals. Interestingly, most dealings I've had with Hong Kong people I've been ripped off, so these days I do not trust them & NEVER do any deals with them based on legacy. Put that in their Feng Shui block chain... it's why I don't trust Lepu & suspect them of inside knowledge. Stimulating a "bidding war" is something that would occur when all the information is read & understood by interested competitors. The board need to be HONEST in all activities & the information available to Merck WILL be made available to the other Pharma's. I'm not a mathematician .. but easy to see how things can add up here.
