That was my previous understanding DD but based on today's announcement SXX is due to receive almost 7 mill for sales of Stage 1 alone . It's fairly clear . In fact paragraphs 2 and 3 of the prior announcement don't gel either.
Whatever ,they're still dirt cheap.
