Who Published what, how and why.....

Can someone enlighten me why/ how Domacom somehow provided  a media release for another listed company today: https://hotcopper.com.au/threads/ann-dcl-domacom-integrates-with-iress.3927995/.

Domacom released the same statement on 22nd December 2017 re IRE and somehow  had it republished today. This then resulted in a media piece at lunch time today in the Financial Standard: http://www.financialstandard.com.au/news/domacom-increases-financial-planner-exposure-113225510. The article claims that IRE released the DCL announcement  simultaneously with their Annual Report today. Perhaps it was the reference to the 3  unnamed listed companies, who would know. It seems IRE was not terribly excited so as not to bother to name the Companies.

So are these just counter measures  to overcome the real problem again.

I would like to say I'm perplexed, but I'm not.
