The challenge is the cash burn rate.
They will be broke again by June, meaning yet another capital raising.
They just don't have the earnings to offset their expenses which are not being contained fast enough and their revenues are not growing nearly fast enough.
It might be a good idea and good product but they just wont have enough time for the business to catch up to the overheads. They are probably about 2-3 years away from breaking even, and in the meantime they have burnt through $50m.
